Sometimes when downloading your transaction history from an exchange it will come in a .zip or .tar folder.
Divly will try to import the file within the .zip or .tar file. However, if this does not work you need to unzip the folder to extract and upload the CSV file that Divly accepts.
If you don't know how to unzip a file, you can follow these instructions based on your operating system. Once you have extracted the CSV file, you will be able to drag-and-drop it into your wallet on Divly.
