Sometimes when downloading your transaction history from an exchange it will come in a .zip or .tar folder. You need to unzip the folder to extract and upload the CSV file that Divly accepts.

If you don't know how to unzip a file, you can follow these instructions based on your operating system. Once you have extracted the CSV file, you will be able to drag-and-drop it into your wallet on Divly.

Binance .tar folder

Binance may provide their file as a TAR export. If your device cannot unzip a TAR file there are a number of free online alternatives available such as ezyzip. By using such a service you will be able extract the CSV file and upload it to Divly.

We are not affiliated with ezyzip please use third party services at your own risk
