Sometimes when downloading your transaction history from an exchange it will come in a .zip or .tar folder. You need to unzip the folder to extract and upload the CSV file that Divly accepts.
If you don't know how to unzip a file, you can follow these instructions based on your operating system. Once you have extracted the CSV file, you will be able to drag-and-drop it into your wallet on Divly.
