Divly has built a system that allows your accountant / tax professional to help.
This feature allows you to invite a team member or third party to view or edit your Divly account. Great if you have an accountant or tax lawyer helping you with your taxes. It can also be used to share your Divly account to the tax authority during an audit.
How to share access to your Divly account
The below step-by-step guide will show you how to invite an accountant to Divly.
Navigate to the Invitations page in Divly.
Click the blue button Invite an Accountant.
Fill in your accountant's email and whether you want to provide read or write access. Then click Invite an Accountant.
Wait for your accountant to accept your invitation via their own Divly account.
Important: If your accountant does not receive an email, you can send them the sign-up link and ask them to set up a Divly account. They should choose Accountant - I'm helping my clients with taxes. They will then see your invitation.
How to revoke access
You can always remove their access if needed by clicking the X in the list of accountants you have shared your account with.
