Divly's business account reports are designed to be as flexible as possible, providing an array of information that may be used to close the books for your company's crypto activity.

There are two reports you can export as an active business account holder:

1. Company report

Comprehensive business report containing a summarized view of your activities across wallets and currencies.

2. Transaction List Report

A CSV-file that shows all individual transactions in the given accounting year along with its calculations.

You may choose to make use one, or both of these reports to close the books.

Sections in the Company report

This sections shows a breakdown of the relevant market values in the selected time period.

First the ingoing, and outgoing market values are presented broken down by Exchange / Wallet and currency.

INVESTED CRYPTO SUMMARY

This section breaks down the acquisition costs of currencies held - meaning it reflects what was invested into different currencies at that point. Ingoing and Outgoing cost basis is first broken down by exchange and currency and finally summed up per exchange.

DISPOSED CRYPTO

Here the report displays what has been disposed of during the selected period - meaning any crypto that has left your wallets or exchanges. Note that this is broken down by disposal type and currency before a final summarized table is shown that includes all disposal types.

AQUIRED CRYPTO

On the opposite - the section: AQUIRED CRYPTO displays any crypto that has entered your wallets or exchanges broken down by aquisition type and currency. In the end of the section the sum of all aquisition types broken down by currency is displayed.
