How does it work?
When purchasing Peace of Mind on your Divly account you will be provided with means to book an account review. Do the following:
Finish importing and editing your transactions: Before ordering the review, ensure everything is imported and you have made all necessary edits that you wanted to make. Get your account to a standing where you think it is ready, or as ready as you believe possible.
Book the Review: In the bottom left corner you will see a button that says "Book account review". Click it or this link here. You will be able to order the review in the language you prefer.
Account Review: The Divly Expert will review your account to ensure everything looks correct and search for any potential errors. They will summarize their findings in a report and upload it to your Divly account when ready. You will be notified via email when this is done.
Apply fixes: If the Divly Expert found any issues they will have provided suggested fixes to ensure your taxes are as correct as possible. Feel free to apply these fixes to your Divly account. If you are unsure on how to apply them, feel free to contact our in chat support for assitance.
