What is a Possible Transfer?
The filter notifies you that Divly thinks there is a high likelihood that the Deposit or Withdrawal should be a Transfer. A transfer represents crypto being sent between two of your wallets and usually is not taxed in most countries. That is why its so important to ensure that all Transfers are matched correctly in Divly.
To find if you have any Possible Transfers:
Go to the Transactions page in Divly
Click on the button Possible Transfers
How to resolve Possible Transfers
Make sure you imported all your wallets correctly. This includes cold wallets (e.g. Ledger, Trezor, paper wallets, etc). This is the most common reason for seeing possible transfers.
Ask yourself, is the possible transfer actually a transfer? In some cases maybe you sent crypto away as a gift or a payment for a service. Was it a staking reward or mining payment? In that case label the transaction appropriately.
If the possible transfer is a transfer and you cant find the corresponding Deposit or Withdrawal to match it with. Then please match the transfer manually to ensure your taxes are correct.
If you are still struggling to resolve the possible transfers, please reach out to our customer support. Its important to ensure that transfers are correclty handled.
